Keep / Recruit / Prove
A real, public thank-you in seconds, so your volunteers feel valued and stay.
Every badge shared on LinkedIn carries your charity’s name to their network.
Verified volunteer hours for your funder reports and your annual report.
How it works
A volunteer logs their hours and role and names your charity, adding your email if they know it. If they don’t, we find the right contact.
We send you a secure link to confirm. No account is needed.
Once you confirm, your volunteer’s badge is issued and your charity gets its own free VolunTier profile. New to VolunTier? You’re added as you respond.
Confirmations come from the charity, not the volunteer, so every badge means something.

Why it matters
A VolunTier badge means something because a charity like yours stood behind it. You give your volunteers proof they can use, and they see that their time is valued.
Verified by you, not self-reported, so volunteers' achievements stand up when it counts.
Milestones and specialist skills celebrated in a way volunteers can share.
Claim your profile to see your volunteers and their confirmed hours together, instead of scattered spreadsheets.
Free for charities. No charge to confirm hours, claim your profile or recognise your volunteers. And VolunTier is free for volunteers too.
Earned. Verified. Valued.
We are aiming to launch in March 2027. Founding Charities are the first to thank their volunteers with VolunTier, and help shape it before launch.
