For volunteers · Free

You did the work. Now you can prove it.

VolunTier gives you a free digital volunteer ID: one place for every verified hour, cause, role and skill, ready to share when it matters.

Example ID. Emma is fictional.

How it works

Three steps from good deed to verified record.

  1. STEP 01

Log it and name the charity

Record your hours and role, and name the charity you volunteered with. Add your contact’s email if you know it. If you don’t, we find the right person.

  2. STEP 02

    The charity confirms

We send that contact a secure link to confirm your hours. No account is needed.

  3. STEP 03

    Your badge is issued

Once confirmed, your badge is issued, ready to share. The charity gets its own free VolunTier profile, and if they’re new, they’re added as they respond.

Confirmations come from the charity, not the volunteer, so every badge means something.

Questions

The short answers.

Does it cost anything?

No. VolunTier is free for volunteers, and free for charities too. You never pay to be recognised.

Who verifies my volunteering?

The charity you volunteered with. We send their contact a secure link to confirm, and no account is needed. Confirmations come from the charity, not the volunteer, so every badge means something.

What if my charity isn’t on VolunTier yet?

Just name them. Add the charity contact’s email if you know it; if you don’t, we find the right contact. Charities are added as they respond.

What if I volunteer with more than one organisation?

Your ID brings it all together. Each charity confirms its part, and your profile shows the whole picture.
